Stephanie Barresi

Stephanie joined the Synergy team in May 2023 as the Director of Operations.  She brings over 18 years of experience in the financial industry with expertise ranging from daily firm operations to compliance.  She has served in various capacities during her career most notably as the VP of Transitions where she oversaw the mergers and acquisitions of Coastline Wealth Management.

As the VP of Transitions, Stephanie was responsible for providing exceptional client service, ensuring all administrative operations run smoothly, answering any questions clients may have regarding their accounts and overseeing transitions from beginning to end. The firm’s client relationships were and still are her primary concern.

Stephanie is driven, loyal and kind and is focused on building relationships with clients that go much deeper than their account or financial information.  When not helping people with their finances, she enjoys driving to the East End of Long Island, hitting up the wineries and farms, BBQ's and summertime by the pool!  She loves crafting, baking and being one busy mom to two beautiful girls.
