Lenore Paprocky is the Director of Business Development with Synergy Wealth Strategies. In this role, Lenore works closely with the financial team to uncover innovative ways to build company awareness and increase our potential client base.
Lenore is no stranger to Business Development. She has spent over 25 years in sales and marketing management positions, serving the community and building important of business relationships. An active community member, Lenore is the President of The Greater Middle Country Chamber of Commerce and is the Business Chairperson of Smithtown Industry Advisory Board.
As an influential business leader, Lenore was recognized as one of the Top 50 Most Influential Women in Business on Long Island. She has also been awarded LIBN Corporate Citizen of the Year and Chamber Member of the Year by the Middle Country Chamber.
Lenore is a native Long Islander and currently resides in Coram.
